分級等精心工藝打造而成。產(chǎn)品具有比重輕、吸附性強、粒度分布合理、比表面積大、孔縫率高、流量大、澄清度好、重金屬含量低、化學性能穩(wěn)定、
適應性強等諸多優(yōu)點。其各項理化、衛(wèi)生指標達到甚至超過了國內(nèi)外標準,例如經(jīng)其過濾的液體口感純正清爽，在國內(nèi)同行業(yè)中處于領(lǐng)先水平。
Jilin Beijiang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. owns a large mine in the Ma'anshan Mine System of the Changbai Mountain Range, which is the
largest diatomite mine system in Asia. The mine system is rich in resources, providing a solid raw material foundation for the company's diatomite
product production.
The diatomite filter aid production line of the company is equipped with advanced mechanical rotary kilns, cyclone separators and ultra-fine
classification equipment, and has introduced national patented technologies. With these excellent process equipment, the annual production
capacity of the company's diatomite filter aids reaches 50,000 tons.
The "Beijiang" brand series of diatomite filter aid products produced by the company are carefully crafted through processes such as rotary kiln
calcination and air classification, using high-quality diatomite with a silica content of over 87% as raw materials and purified coal gas as fuel. The
products have many advantages such as light specific gravity, strong adsorption, reasonable particle size distribution, large specific surface area,
high porosity, large flow rate, good clarity, low heavy metal content, stable chemical properties and strong adaptability. Its various physical,
chemical and hygienic indicators have reached or even exceeded domestic and foreign standards. For example, the liquid filtered by it has a pure
and refreshing taste, and is in a leading position in the domestic same industry.
